#eLAFashion is really crossing continents today, ARUJ KHALIQ wears a hand embroidered mirror jacket that was made for her in #Pakistan. She’s paired it with a teal satin silk top and a stunning handmade bag. This smart colourful look is finished off with swan stud earrings.

In an unprecedented move for #eLAFashion we feature a second outfit from the same participant. BRICE AKA has already wowed the crowd with his outfit from #CoteD’Ivoire, but for the #eLA26 closing day he chose his royal Ashanti costume and regalia. We couldn’t miss the opportunity to share it with all you conference fashionistas. The colours simply dazzle and as for the gold…words fail us!

One of the #eLAFashion takeaways from our time in #Accra is just how versatile, distinctive and, quite frankly, striking the #fugu is. CHRISTIAN ELONGUE sports his bold orange fugu with pride – three cheers to Christian and #Ghana for giving the world such a wonderful and unique style statement.

Blue is the colour! REGINALD XORSENYO AMUDJI from the home team here in #Ghana is vibrant in his azure combo. The colour exudes calm confidence, qualities that Reginald has displayed throughout #eLA26.

#TeamZambia are always a welcome sight at #eLearningAfrica and they have not disappointed us in #Accra. GEORGE MUYUNDA is flying the flag in his eclectic patriotic ensemble at Day 3 of the conference. Thank you George, you do your country proud.

We don’t often feature professional modelling talent here at #eLAFashion but the fashionista team was lucky enough to bump into DESIRE MUDENDA. When Desire is not managing ICT at the University of #Zambia he pursues his side hustle as a menswear model. His safari inspired outfit centres on a handmade “Big Five” shirt and represents the epitome of casual chic and Desire pulls off the look like the pro that he is.

DAMILOLA OPANIYAN showcases the vibrancy of the #Nigerian fashion scene with her Day 3 outfit. For her open jacket, she’s chosen a striking yellow Abuja woven fabric with a handpainted floral design. The canary tone is set off with ice blue details. Her wide-leg trousers, made from Aso Ofi fabric, were tailored by her sister. Damilola is not just a style ambassador for #Nigeria but for the whole continent of #Africa.
